I hold a Master of Science in Human Resources from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and my seven years in human resources have been centered on guiding organizations through transition and giving them the structure to grow with confidence. Too often, complex people matters go unaddressed until a conflict, complaint, or audit demands attention. I believe in meeting those challenges early, with care and clarity.
